In planta infiltration

Dear Netters,

	I am considering to transform Arabidopsis by "in planta" infiltration.
I would appreciate if those of you who have experience with it please give me 
suggestions on what ecotype(s) and Agrobacterium strains are best for this
purpose. Also, it would be very useful to know what numbers of T-DNA loci and
 copies are you getting in your tansformants.
