expression in yeast

Dear Arabidopsis netters,
	We want to express an arabidopsis protein in yeast. We have
been given a cloning cassette with the GAPdH promoter to clone into.
This is a constitutive promoter. Is this a good idea, or is inducible
better? Has anyone done this? We now need a shuttle vector and 
appropriate strain to put it into. Any advice from anyone who has
done this would be greatly appreciated. Please reply directly to
