The Arabidopsis thaliana Database (AtDB) project at Stanford University is
pleased to announce that a new, updated, version of Francis Agyare and
Bertrand Lemieux's (York University, Canada) EST to YAC PCR-mapping table
is now available from our World Wide Web (WWW) server.
The upgrade from the previous version include the addition of 26 new
EST-YAC anchors, as well as more extensive information as to which
markers the YACs hybridize.
To view the table, or download it, point your Web browser to AtDB at URL:
http://genome-www.stanford.edu/Arabidopsis/
The raw-data file, in both tab-delimited and Mac Excel format, can also be
obtained via anonymous ftp from:
genome-ftp.stanford.edu
in the directory /arabidopsis/EST2YAC .
