Dear Infiltrators: How have others dealt with the question of the possibility of viability of Agrobacterium on external surfaces of the plant after in the planta protocol? What containment procedures have been approved and used ? Are the infiltrated plants commonly transferred to growth chambers or a greenhouse after the procedure ? Thanks,
