RESEARCH ASSISTANT

The University of Oregon in Eugene offers a full-time position to supervise
and run the automated DNA sequencing facility in the Institute of Molecular
Biology.  Experience in molecular genetic analysis and operation of an
automated DNA sequencer is desirable.  This position is responsible for all
DNA sequencing in the facility (about 300 samples per month).  Good
communication and organizational skills, and self-motivation are important.
 A minimum of a B.A. or B.S. in Biology, Chemistry, or related fields is
required.  Salary dependent upon experience.  Women and minorities are
