Help needed.

Does anyone out there know anything about germination of EMS treated
Arabidopsis seeds?  I have a problem with the percentage germination of some
seed bought from Lehle.  I also have obtained some Nia1 nia2 (nitrate reductase
deficient mutant) and am having problems with these too.  I have tried using
1/50 B5 medium and 1/2 ms medium as well.
