Greetings Arabidopereans
I am pleased to announce two new links to the Texas A&M
University WWW site (http://http.tamu.edu:8000/~creel).
One link is an updated version of the TAMU BAC Filter Manual
sent out with the original 96 well filter format (ie TAMU BAC
Filter "Classic"). The updated manual gives information for
the new 384 well filter format sent the ABRC at OSU.
Added to the link describing the TAMU BAC center is information
about two new rice BAC libraries from the rice commercial varieties
Teqing (TQ) and Lemont (LM), the parents of a permanent recombinant
mapping population. This site may be directly accessed by pointing
your fav WWW browser to http://http.tamu.edu:8000/~creel/TAMBAC.html.
The above link describing the rice libraries also contains a gif
of the 384 well filter format.
have fun!!
