ethylene measurement

Dear netters.

I'm graduate student studing about interaction of ethylene and A.thaliana 
 during senescence stages.
Can you tell me about method to measure of ethylene conc.
 in chamber or bottle?
I was advised that ethylene conc. was measured by GC,
 but I have little information.
I want to know about column, syringe, etc.... to use.
I'm waiting your kind advice/manual/information.....
