Help; sensitivity to antibiotics of arabidopsis seedlings

    I need to quantify the sensitivity to antibiotics of arabidopsis seedlings;
more specifically, a quick way to differentiate between seedlings that show
different levels of sensitivity (such as quantification of differences in given
phenotypes/morphology/molecular markers?). Also, any reference to this topic
would be appreciated,
