hygromycin resistant transgenic tobacco

I would appreciate receiving advice from anyone on using hph gene (encoding
hygromycin phosphotransferase) for transformation of transgenic tobacco
that are already resistant to kanamycin. I would be interested in learning
whether hygromycin B resistance has been used in selecting for transgenic
tobacco plants and, if so, what range of concentrations of the antibiotic
should be used.

Thanks!
