Cu-inducible promoter

Dear Friends,

We're very interested in the Cu-inducible system and are about to give it a 
try. I'd very much appreciate hearing from anyone who has actually begun to 
work with this in Arabidopsis or plans to do so. More than likely our 
long-term goals will be different, but any sharing of success or failures in 
the development stage could be mutually beneficial. I'll post a pooling of 
replies.
