Does anyone have a sequence for primers that will amplify a hpt gene in transgenic arabidopsis? I'm trying to select for the presense of my T-DNA in a mutant that is prone to die and I'm concerned that the hygro may be killing it, even though it nominally contains the hpt gene under a Nos promoter...
