Dear netter:

Does anybody have the sequence of cra1 PCR product or sAT2105?  I am using
the cra1 to map a gene on a cross of Estland and Col-0.  But the primers
did not give PCR product on Estland.  In my case, I need co-dominant marker
to do the mapping.  So I want to redesign the primer.
