DNA extraction from dry seeds

Hello everybody,

I am looking for a good, cheap and reliable protocol for DNA extraction
from dry seeds. Can anybody point me to references on this ? I am
particularly interested in DNA extraction from Arabidopsis seeds and maize
kernels.
