I would like to know of a protocol that allows for >90% germination of wildtype seeds. I have seen several in the archives, but none are written so that some one can follow the steps. I am more interested in practicalities rather theory, so I any one could send me a comprehensive list of instructions it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, ap865 at torfree.net
