 greetings

   in anticipation of getting several requests, ive added a page describing
a protocol for cloning regions flanking known sequences used by the Mullet
lad here at TANU. it is a protocol of tremendous utility when coupled with
BACS, allowing for simple isolation of BAC ends for walking, contig
formation, and sequencing, or isolation of promotor regions.
