Go for the 275. I had to grow Arabs under 600 uE - it was a disaster. The
planst flowered in 14 days (I wanted about 300mg biomass, was lucky to
get 10 mg), leaves were scorched, very red from anthocyanins. These were
metal halid lamps - a high intensity from fluros may not be as bad. The
only way I could solve my problem was placing the pots on the floor,
where the intesnity was only 300 uE.
