Dear Netters, We would like to use hygromycin to select Arabidopsis transformants using the pBIB vector. Has anybody noticed unususal phenotype(s) when plants are selected on hygromycin? Also, what concentration of hygromycin is most suitable for the selection? Thank you very much for any help you can provide us with. PK
