leaf nuclear extracts

Dear Netters,

I am looking for protocols to prepare proteins from Arabidopsis leaves
nuclear extracts.
Does anyone on the net have such a protocol?

I would like to know if there are particular tricks one needs to be aware
of before starting this extraction.
I have already a protocol for tobacco leaves nuclear extracts but do not
know wether I can apply it to Arabidopsis leaves.
