Conditional Lethal

Hi Everyone-
	I am trying to find a previously cloned and characterized tight
conditional lethal gene in Arabidopsis to use in my project.  Preferably,
the gene would be required for germination and the restrictive/permissive
conditions would not be too elaborate to achieve.  If anyone knows of such
a gene or could direct me to a reference that you think might suit, please
