Dear Arabidophiles,

We are planning to set up a yeast two-hybrid screen using the 
landrace Landsberg erecta, although Columbia is being considered 
as well. Is there anybody out there who has or is in the process 
of making an activation-tagged library in the pJG4-5 (Gyuris et 
al) vector, and would be happy to share it with us? 
Alternatively, any practical tips on making such a library from 
Arabidopsis are also very welcome!
