nuclear localization with GFP?

Dear netters:
We are planning nuclear localization experiments for our protein of 
interest using translational fusions to GUS in transient transformation 
experiments. My question is: Has anybody tried to use GFP instead of GUS 
for these experiments? If yes, what level of resolution/sensitivity can 
be expected? And does anybody have a convenient GFP vector that would be 
available for us to use?
