Dear Rainer, Check with Pete Snustad's group at U. of Minnesota. One of the alpha tubulin genes (TUA1 I think) is expressed only in flowers and I believe only in anthers. Their clones were all isolated from genomic libraries and so should have the upstream promoters on them. Hope this helps. Melissa Melan
