Genetics of Gene Silencing

I have been browsing through some of the recent literature on gene
silencing, in both Arabidopsis and other species. Fascinating.

I would be very interested to hear from anyone who is either involved in,
knows of or is contemplating any work trying to develop genetic approaches
to analyzing this in Arabidopsis.

I will summarize and post any answers.
