Dear Friends I am working on the cloning of a gene on chromosome 5. Does anybody know for sure what the marker ubq6121 is? I am not sure whether it is a UBC gene (ubquitin carrrier protein gene), as given on the Arabidopsis database, or a gene coding for ubiquitin itself (a UBQ gene).
