Ph.D-student cereal transformation

Ph.D. student position open in a cereal transformation project at the IPK
Gatersleben, Germany (http://www.ipk-gatersleben.de). The Gene Transfer
Group at the IPK Gatersleben is located in a newly established
laboratory. The current focus is on seed specific expression of genes
with a potential influence on grain quality in cereals (Nature
Biotechnology 14: 1155-1159, Plant Cell Reports 16:12-17). Funding for
the Ph.D.student position is already granted and at the moment secured
until October 31. 1999. Experience in vector construction and tissue
