Has anyone found a good method for counting Arabidopsis protoplasts OTHER
than using a haemocytometer? The size cut-off of the haemocytometer and
the relatively big size of the cells which makes them less 'mobile' when
they move under the coverslip makes this a poor method, in our hands at
least. Any suggestions?
