Markers on chromosome IV

Hi everyone:

I would like to know if somebody has detected polymorphism between Ws and Col
within the SAUR locus on bottom of chromosome 4. My second question is
regardless of SSLP markers, I have been trying to use nga 1139 on chromosome 4
but I can not get any amplification.

Any comments and/or sugestions are welcome.
