callus DNA

[Carin Jarl-Sunesson]

We will have a student project isolating DNA from transformed callus
tissue to use for PCR. We are planning to do it using the miniprep
method by Dellaporta (PMBR 1983, I think). Does anybody out there have
any other suggestions or hints?
