I am finding that my Agrobacterium are changing into other cells at
-80. After triparental mating, they are testing positive for
Agrobacterium -after growth on lactose media and testing with Benedicts
solution (Agro turns Benedicts yellow). However, I am finding that they
do not respond positively to this test after an incubation period o a
few weeks at -80C. Has anyone experienced this before and any ideas on
what I could do?
