I'm doing some cytogenetic work and am wondering if anyone has published, or knows, how many 5S rDNA sites there are in Arabidopsis, and how big they are. I've done a literature search and cannot find anything other than how many copies are present in the genome. I appreciate any help I can get. Scott Jackson
