Hello, I have end sequence data from BAC clone TAMU04F14. I wish to know if there is an easy way of pinpointing on what chromosome and where abouts it lies. Is there a website with all mapped BAC's/BAC end sequences? Thanks for any advice Kevin Floyd Dept of Biochemistry University of Cambridge
