Polymorphism btn Ws/Sf2 or Ws/Col

Hi, Arabidophila,
We are trying to map in a population derived from a cross between Ws and
Sf2. We detect polymorphisms with markers PVV4, ADH, GAPC, GAPA, g4538, and
DHS.  Marker m429 produced a 1.6kb product in our hand, much longer than
what Ausubel published (316 bp). So we would like to know if anyone got a
concordant product of m429 applying core condition of M. Ausubel. And more
we would be grateful if anyone has any information about CAPs marker
polymorphisms between Ws/Sf2  or Col/Ws which isn't published in AAtDB.
