Bac locations

Hi all,

in response to the question about the BAC locations.
There is a server from Thomas Altmann where you can be lucky to find
your BAC of interest hybridising to a (mapped) YAC clone.
Take care : this is only done for F-BAC's, not for the TAMU BAC's.

look under BAC-contigs, then there is a YAC-BAC contig list
