Intron splice sites - update

The vast majority of introns in Arabidopsis mRNA genes conform to
the U2-dependent GT-AG consensus.  However, rare exceptions to this
exist.

I have previously prepared a page in AtDB providing information on
non-canonical introns and documenting Arabidopsis examples.  In
light of some recent progress in the analysis of such introns I
have updated the contents of this page.
