Dear Arabi-Netters,

we would appreciate much your recommendations about which gene with
constant (best one) copy number per Arabidopsis genome would be a good
choice to serve as an internal standard for determination of T-DNA copy
number per genome (by comparison of quantitative signals on gel [PCR] or
on membrane [Southern]).
