A one year (renewable once) post-doctoral position is immediately available
in INRA Versailles, Station de G=E9n=E9tique et d'Am=E9lioration des Plantes
working on Arabidopsis male gametophytic mutants. These mutants were
selected from the Versailles-T-DNA transformants collection by segregation
analysis of the T-DNA (1:1 ratio).
The proposed project consists in cytological and genetic characterization
of two of these mutants and the cloning of the corresponding genes.
The Station possesses all necessary facilities for cytological and
molecular work (including confocal microscope and ABS sequencing). It
comprises twelve teams; the group in which this position is opened is
involved in the characterization of male or female sterile mutants in
Arabidopsis (2 scientists, 5 technicians).
The salary, depending on experience, is between 10 000 and 12 000 FF per mon=
