RESEARCH FELLOW IN PLANT DEVELOPMENT BIOLOGY
Applications are invited for a 3-year Leverhulme
funded position to characterise the action of the
Arabidopsis Polycomb-group protein CURLY LEAF in
homeotic gene silencing. Work will include antibody
generation, immunolocalisation, and analysis of
transgenic lines that express CURLY LEAF fusion
proteins.
Applicants should have experience in developmental and
molecular biology, familiarity with techniques for
expressing and purifying proteins will be an asset.
The post is available immediately.
Salary on scale stlg15,159 - stlg22,785, commencing no
higher than stlg16,927 per annum.
