Hi, After in vitro transcription my 2.2 kb DIG-RNA is not extracted good during phenol/chloroform (probably is going to organic phase). But my non-labelled 2.2 kb RNA is extracted good in the same condition (phenol is good equilibrated/pH is OK). Does anyone had similar problems? Any suggestions?
