Can anyone refer me to a rapid Arabidopsis genomic DNA micro-prep that can be carried out on tiny amounts of tissue (e.g., a few half-dead embryos)? We just need enough DNA for quick diagnostic PCR. Thank you, Dan Vernon (vernondm at whitman.edu)
