I've noted that the ER contig on chromosome II shows a placement order for
the genes ERECTA and GPA1 which is the opposite of their placement on the
RI map. On the RI map, GPA1 is north of ERECTA, and on the physical map,
ERECTA lies to the north of GPA1.
Is there any evidence for an inversion in this region in Landsberg erecta,
relative to Columbia?
