Southern HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm trying to transfer DNA in a electrotransference betwin coal plain
electrodes,
generally I use 20V with 200mA, but I need to know the correct buffer
composition and the time for made the transference.
Any sugest on this topic will be welcome. Thanx.
