I am a 4th year undergraduate student that is trying to stain a few gus transformants that are driven by a very weak promoter, which is only active in the meristems. Could anyone give me a staining protocol that works well for weak signals? Thanks for your Help. Heather Root hroot at uwaterloo.ca
