Protein Content and Expression Levels

Does anyone out in Arabidopsis land know what the protein content of
Arabidopsis tissue is expressed  in a ug/ per "gram" fresh weight fashion?

Also, does anyone have an idea of how much protein can be expressed
(assuming the mRNA is stable) from the Cauliflower mosaic virus 35S
promoter in Arabidopsis (expressed in ng/ug soluble protein). In rice, the
numbers range from 0.1 ng/ug soluble protein up to 30 ng/ug soluble
protein. Is this the range to expect in Arabidopsis?
