'Leaf' specific promoter from arabidopsis

I am interested in getting a plasmid with an 'arabidopsis small subunit
promoter' to direct expression in, predominantly, leaf tissue.

Ideally this would be in a binary vector with a cloning site after the
promoter and kanamycin as a selectable marker, but anything would be
appreciated.

Does anyone have such a plasmid they are prepared to make available or
guide me to someone that does?
