(Aocs)3AmasPmas promoter / super promoter

I am wondering if anyone has tried the (Aocs)3AmasPmas promoter / super
promoter developed in Stan Galvin's laboratory. According to the
literature, it is at least 15 fold more active than 2x35S promoter in
tobacco.


I would like to hear any experience, comment, feedback regarding the
use of this promoter. Thanks a bunch.
