method of TAIL PCR

Dear fellow Arabidopsis researchers

Does anyone know efficient method of Thermal asymmetric interlaced (TAIL) PCR?
Though I did TAIL PCR in order to obtain fragments adjacent to the 5' and
3' ends of inserted transposon elements in genomic DNA, success rates were
only 50%.
