Hi everyone, Does anyone have a protocol for stable transformation of Arabidopsis cell suspension cultures (ie. via Agro-mediated transformation or another method, if available)? Currently the only work I can see being done with cell suspension cultures is transient expression in protoplasts. Many thanks, Jodi
