nomenclature for alleles

Hello colleagues!

Is there any possibility to get information about  the actual number for
a special listed allele? To my knowledge there is only the list of
allowed gene symbols published. But what about the actual number for a
given allele? I am interested in the known alleles for the gene symbol
STF.
