Hello there: Does anyone know of a primarily silique-specific promoter that I might use to test the effect of expression of a transgene, particularly in the pericarp layers? Weak expression in other tissues would not be a problem but the more pericarp specific, the better. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Barb Moffatt
